These terms apply to heroia.org and its language editions de.heroia.org and fr.heroia.org (together, the “website”). By using the website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website.

2. Purpose of the website

The website presents the House of Heroia, a brand in development, and the ventures and partners associated with it. It is provided for general information only. Nothing on it is an offer, a solicitation, a contract or advice of any kind. See also the disclaimer.

3. Independent ventures and partners

The ventures and partners shown on the website are independent. The House of Heroia does not speak for them, and they do not speak for the House. Their presence on this website does not describe their legal structure or ownership.

The website links to third-party websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.

4. Intellectual property

The text, design, emblem and wordmark of the House of Heroia are the property of the House of Heroia and may not be copied, altered or used for other purposes without prior permission.

The marks of ventures, partners and other organisations belong to their respective owners and are shown only to identify them. Photographs and film are used under the licences named on the credits page, and those licences apply to them.

5. Acceptable use

You may view the website and share links to it. You must not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the website or its servers, use automated means that place an unreasonable load on it, present yourself as the House of Heroia or any venture or partner, or send unlawful, abusive or misleading material to the addresses published here.

6. Availability and accuracy

We take care that the information on the website is accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, error-free or up to date. The website is provided “as is” and “as available”. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time.
